Forms are now open in your family dashboard, and we invite you to complete them at your earliest convenience. The deadline for forms is May 15th, however, the deadline for Pack My Rx is ASAP to ensure the packaging and delivery of medication in time for your camper's session.
💊 Pack My Rx
Pack My Rx is the safest and most efficient way for Ghostlight's Health Center to deliver camper medications. This service is required* for all campers who take prescription medication (daily or as needed) or daily over-the-counter medication.
For complete Pack My Rx information, refer to the attached PDF or contact Lesley for assistance. Please note there are enrollment deadlines for Pack My Rx and we ask you to begin the enrollment process as soon as possible.
*There are a small number of exceptions to this requirement, please review the attachment or the Pack My Rx Information & Registration Checklist in your Family Dashboard.
✈️ New Transportation Option for Session 1
Since 2020, fewer families each summer have selected our private bus option. Due to very low demand this summer, we have decided to make a change that will benefit our campers traveling from New York, New Jersey, and the surrounding areas. Even if you did not previously choose camp transportation for your camper, this option is available through March 24th.
Chaperoned Flight from JFK ✈️
- Use Atlas Travel to book Delta flight #5094 from JFK to PWM on June 24th.
- The cost of the flight is $285 and can be booked using this link.
- A Ghostlight chaperone will meet campers before going through security at JFK and they will travel door to door with the campers.
- Please book by March 24th as we cannot guarantee availability after that date.
- Please ship your duffel bags or suitcases to camp through our partner ShipCamps.

🧳 Shipping Luggage to Camp?
Did you know you can ship your camper's luggage to camp before arrival? Our partners at Ship Camps make it easy for you. Simply let them know you are shipping to Ghostlight and that your baggage needs to arrive between June 19th and June 23rd for Session 1. Session 2 luggage should be scheduled to arrive between July 12th and 17th.
📆 April Event for New and Returning Campers
Join Lesley Levy and our head counselor, Alexa Lyons, for a pre-camp get together in Boston on April 29th! The event will take place at the Newton Center Playground from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Bring a blanket, games, and snacks. This is a perfect chance to reconnect with camp friends, or meet new ones you will see this summer! More information to come soon.
