A New Act For
Ghostlight Theater Camp
Ghostlight will be moving to a new location for Summer 2026! We’re excited to announce that we will be relocating to Mountain Lake Park in Warwick, NY, the site of the former URJ Kutz Camp, and you may know it as the property where the 2023 film THEATER CAMP (starring Ben Platt) was filmed.
Camper Cabins
Cabins are a camper’s home-away-from-home. There they form lasting friendships, find moments to rest up for exciting days ahead, and write letters home to share all the joy and excitement happening at camp.
• Cabins sleep up to 16 campers and 3 counselors.
• Each cabin has its own bathroom with 3 private showers, electricity, and bunk beds with plenty of storage for personal items.
• The cabin is where campers begin and end each day and become a family unit.
•Ghostlight Theater Camp houses campers and staff based on their stated gender identity.
• Campers are located near pickleball courts and a gaga pit for campers to enjoy with friends during daily downtime.
The Lodge
The Lodge is the heart of Ghostlight, a place where imaginations run wild, and anything can happen. By da,y it might be a rehearsal hall, a writers’ room, or the setting for an impromptu workshop; by night, it transforms into a space for games, late-night laughter, spontaneous performances, and unforgettable camp moments. It’s where ideas spark without warning, friendships deepen over shared chaos, and the magic of camp shows up when you least expect it. At the Lodge, you don’t just hang out, you discover what happens when creative people are given room to play.
The Theater
Step into Ghostlight’s one-of-a-kind performance space, a hexagon-shaped theatre that feels less like a building and more like a creative playground built for storytellers. With a true black box vibe, a thrust stage that brings the audience right up close, and wings on both sides, this is a space where you don’t just perform for people, you perform with them. Whether you are rehearsing in the heat of the day or performing late into the night, you will be doing it in the comfort of a theater built with audience and actor in mind.
