A Love of Theater Starts Here
This 10-day program offers the opportunity to experience Ghostlight’s classes and activities alongside our full session campers, while also exploring the world of theater in events designed just for them!
Emerging Artists have the chance to work with our dedicated staff on exploring performance, tech, and music. They work on producing their own show, created for and with them, which they get to present to the entire camp in a special evening performance at the end of their session.
This program is a great option for younger campers as an introduction to the culture of sleep-away camp, and it leads seamlessly into our 3- and 6-week program in the following years.
The journey to the stage begins with encouraging self-expression and creativity. At Ghostlight, we believe it’s never too early for a camper to feel encouraged and celebrated for their unique artistry. Our Emerging Artist Program was intentionally designed for campers ages 9 to 11 who are new to the sleepaway camp experience.
