Dear friends,
Greetings from Ghostlight! In this Preparing for Ghostlight email, we're thrilled to share our full season of shows for the upcoming summer, along with which shows will be performing in each session. You'll also find our 2026 Family Handbook and information about shipping luggage to camp, if you are interested in doing so.

🎭 Show Announcements
We're thrilled to announce our full summer season of plays and musicals. We often are asked how we choose the shows our campers will be working on each summer, and each year, we specifically look for ensemble-based productions in which every camper will have a moment to shine. We look for a combination of comedies and dramas, and we seek to expose our campers to new titles while also featuring some favorites.

📖 Family Handbook
Click below to access the 2026 Ghostlight Family Handbook. The Family Handbook contains important information for new and returning families. Please take time to read and review it with All camper first names to learn more about Ghostlight's history, values, and goals for the summer. The Family Handbook also includes information about summer communication, health and safety, and more. We'll share some highlights from the Family Handbook throughout the spring. Please note that a Family Handbook acknowledgment form has been added to your Family Dashboard. After you've read the handbook, please complete that brief form to mark that it has been reviewed.

📋 Forms Reminder
Camper information forms are available in your Family Dashboard and are due May 10. If you have any questions about required forms or about medication at camp, please reach out to Alexa at alexa@ghostlighttheatercamp.com. Please note that we require a Ghostlight-specific form to be completed by your camper's physician. Please download this form from the Family Dashboard, share it with your camper's physician to complete, and then upload a scanned copy. We must receive this form for your camper to take medication at camp, including as-needed over-the-counter medication stocked in the Health Center.
🧳 Shipping Luggage
If your camper is flying to camp this summer or you are otherwise interested in shipping luggage to camp, we recommend using Ship Camps. Ghostlight is a Ship Camps partner which means you get the best rate when shipping luggage to or from camp. If you mail luggage, it'll be waiting for your camper in their cabin when they arrive.
