What's in a Name?

Hi First name,
We are so close and so excited. Staff begins arriving here in less than a week, and in less than two we will have our full staff on camp! We have so much ahead that it's hard not to share it all right now. But, in the hopes of being actually helpful, we will control ourselves.

Of the most pressing nature, we want to make sure that as we prepare for your arrival at camp, we have your name correct for how you would like to be addressed. In Campsite, your first name is what we use to print labels, name tags, post for class rosters, etc. So, if the name you see above (First name) isn't what you would like to be used at camp, please take a moment to go to campsite and update your name. (You can also email Chris.)

Don't worry. Paystubs and taxes are all handled through Quickbooks, so this will not affect that. 

Time Off At Camp

Thank you to Sam Wheeler, Office Admin and Manager, for compiling and creating our Time Off Guide. We know that your focus may be far from time off at camp right now, but we recognize the importance of recharging and rejuvenating so that we can provide a program for our campers that brings them joy, fosters creativity, and build a community of gratitude. 

2023 Opening Number

The first night of Session 1 brings a huge rush of energy. The welcome to camp is a moment that we look forward to every year. This year, the team is working behind the scenes to prepare a wonderful opening number for the staff to perform for our campers. (We are a theater camp, after all.) The entire plan isn't in place, but they wanted us to share these three songs with you and encourage you to familiarize yourself with them. More to come soon!
