We are so excited your camper will be joining us at Ghostlight Theater Camp this summer!

Here on Messages and Updates, you will find an archive of emails sent leading up to camp. You can look through them by date or subject to catch up on information that has gone out prior to your enrollment, or simply to refresh your memory without having to search through your email inbox. Below is some information you received upon enrolling.

PAYMENTS
Payment is due on the 1st of each month, made in equal installments through May 1st. If you made arrangements for a different payment plan, reach out to Spencer (spencer@ghostlighttheatercamp.com) with any questions. 

CAMPER FORMS
Information about camper forms will be shared in March. All forms are due by May 15th. 

2024 FESTIVAL DATES
Half Summer 1 - July 19th, 2025
Half Summer 2 - August 9th, 2025

EMERGING ARTIST SHOW EVENINGS

Emerging Artists 2 - July 30th, 2025

TRAVEL HOME AFTER CAMP
Departure dates are the morning after festivals and show evenings. Ghostlight does not provide transportation home from camp unless special arrangements are made in advance.

CAMP TUITION INSURANCE
You may want to consider camp tuition insurance. AMSkier (and other insurance companies) offers “Peace of Mind” and “Peace of Mind with Cancel for Any Reason” camp tuition insurance. The cost is usually around 3% of the tuition and the primary purpose is to reimburse you for the unused, non-refundable portion of your tuition if your camper cannot attend camp or must leave camp early. If you are interested in camp insurance, you must contact an insurance company within 14 days of receiving this email. We cannot guarantee the availability or efficacy of these plans for each family's circumstances.
