Correction:
Our previous Preparing For Ghostlight email listed the incorrect date for Session 2's festival. The correct date is August 10th, with a departure the morning of the 11th.
Dear Ghostlight Families,
We heard from families in previous summers that their campers wanted to stay in touch after camp, but sometimes the phone number and email exchange between campers and the fact that some campers are not on social media left some folks feeling adrift. Enter the Camp Connection Form! (You may have noticed this or maybe already filled it out.)
At the end of each session, campers will receive a Camper Directory with contact information for all their camp friends. However, we recognize privacy is essential, so we created this form to allow you to opt-in to the information you want shared.
Please take a moment to look at the information we have on file for you in your dashboard for the following fields, and then update or add anything before opting in on the form.
✈️ Have you booked your travel?
- Drop-Offs - For families dropping their camper off by car, we will email you a few weeks before camp to schedule your drop-off time.
- Air Travel - Is your camper flying solo? We will have a staff member at the airport to greet your camper at the gate. If your camper is not flying solo, please let us know on the form so we can arrange to meet you at the airport.
All families, but especially those flying, are encouraged to ship their luggage ahead using Ship Camps. This allows us to focus on your camper and take care of the nitty-gritty before they arrive!
